Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Arab Emirates.

Where your order ships from

Our products are authentic Korean skincare and are shipped to you directly from South Korea. Everything in your order travels together in one package.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 8–13 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during public holidays, sale periods or because of carrier delays.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay. You won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Delivery costs

Available delivery options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us at mateothe1221@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
